Dispatch and Delivery
Deliveries of both flowers and gifts in the North East are made by our own delivery service. Deliveries of gifts to other parts of the UK are made by reputable couriers.

Flowers
Orders for flowers made before 2pm Monday to Friday can be delivered the same day, if required. In certain circumstances orders taken after 2pm may be delivered the same day, please contact us for details. Saturday deliveries are available please ring to confirm availability of the 'same day service'.

Deliveries to DH1 postcodes are free of charge! All other areas in the North East will incur a standard charge of £5.99.

Gifts
We offer a next day delivery service costing £6.99 per order. Orders must be received by 1400 to go out on this service.

Orders over £49.99 that do not require next day delivery, will be dispatched free of charge within five working days or on any later date of your choice. Orders under £49.99 will incur a £5.99 delivery charge.

Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday 0800 - 1800, excluding bank holidays.

Please enter a delivery address that will have someone available to receive the gift between these times.

You will receive an e mail confirming that the order has been dispatched and another when the order has been received stating when it was delivered and who signed for it.

Delivery Schedule
Next day orders placed on:

Monday before 1400 will be delivered on Tuesday.
Monday after 1400 will be delivered on Wednesday.

Tuesday before 1400 will be delivered on Wednesday.
Tuesday after 1400 will be delivered on Thursday.

Wednesday before 1400 will be delivered on Thursday.
Wednesday after 1400 will be delivered on Friday.

Thursday before 1400 will be delivered on Friday.
Thursday after 1400 will be delivered on Monday.

Friday before 1400 will be delivered on Monday.
Friday after 1400 will be delivered on Tuesday.

Saturday and Sunday orders are delivered on Tuesday.
